SPRING – A 276-unit apartment complex at 3880 FM 2920 is being developed by Dhanani Private Equity Group.
Called Territory at Falvel, the project will have apartments priced between $1,200 and $2,200.
Amenities will include a swimming pool, dog park, pet washing station, fitness center, car wash station, coffee lounge, and outdoor media lounge.
Construction began on the complex in August with delivery slated for second quarter 2024.
