Bridgestone MUD breaks ground on $20M park

​HOUSTON – The Bridgestone Municipal Utility District (MUD) has broken ground on a $20 million park.

The park will span 14 acres near MUD’s administrative building at 19720 Kuykendahl Rd.

The project will have multiple children’s play areas for a variety of age ranges, a pavilion, and native plants. It will also have interactive play areas for children with disabilities.

Funding for the project came from the MUD’s general operating fund.

Completion is slated for late 2024 or early 2025.​​
