HOUSTON – Meritage Homes has completed infrastructure and lots for its 241-acre section of Sundance Cove on Foley Rd.
Sales are expected to start in late summer with the delivery of three model homes.
Amenities are expected to be complete in summer 2025. They will include trails, a swimming pool, splash pad and recreation center, and access to Lake Houston.
