ARLINGTON, GRAND PRAIRIE – M2G Ventures has sold a portfolio of three industrial buildings totaling approximately 445,000 sf in the DFW area.
Two of the buildings, which total roughly 345,000 sf, are in Grand Prairie. The third building, which totals 100,129 sf, is in Arlington. The portfolio was fully leased when sold.
JLL represented M2G Ventures in the deal. The buyer was Mavik Capital Management.
