CONROE – Angel Reach has completed the infrastructure and utilities for Angel Reach Village, a community for housing youth aged 16 to 24 who are aging out of foster care and are at risk of homelessness.
The first phase of the project will have 16 duplexes with 32 beds.
A second phase is planned that will expand Angel Reach Village’s capacity.
Angel Reach is expected to open around August.
