HOUSTON – Target is constructing two new distribution centers totaling 2.6 million sf.
The project includes a 1.2 million-sf facility at Beltway 66 Logistics Park at 5805 South Sam Houston Pkwy. E and a 1.4 million-sf facility at Generation Park at 11750 Timber Forest Dr.
The Generation Park project is expected to be completed in 2024, while the Logistics Park project is scheduled to wrap in October.
