HOUSTON – Brookfield Properties has renovated the five-building Houston Center campus.
The work on the Highlight at Houston Center, a 196,000-sf retail complex at 1200 McKinney, and 3 Houston Center, a 51-story office building at 1301 McKinney, marks completion of the project.
Built in the 1970s and 1980s, the buildings underwent renovation starting in 2019 to update the plazas and gathering spaces, reclad sky bridges, add new façade with light-filled lobbies, and upgrade meeting facilities and tenant amenities.
Previous renovations of 2 Houston Center, LyondellBasell Tower, and 4 Houston Center were also a part of the project.
