DALLAS – Dallas has claimed the top spot for U.S. cities with the most land available land for additional construction.
Dallas led with 90,739 acres across more than 30,000 parcels with an average size of 2.7 acres.
Fort Worth, San Antonio, and Houston were also ranked among the top five cities in the country with available land for additional construction. Phoenix was the other city to land in the top five.
The study was conducted by Yardi Systems’ Commercial Cafe.
