HOUSTON – Pelican Builders has opened a sales office for The Lexington, its latest condo midrise at 2419 Mimosa Dr. which will be completed this year.
The Lexington will have 40 units, including four penthouse units that will range in size from 2,700 sf to 4,000 sf and cost between $1.6 million and $4 million.
The building’s third floor will have a lounge area with multiple seating areas, card tables, a serving bar, and a dining room with a privacy enclosure.
The Lexington will also have a fitness center and air-conditioned storage units as well as 24-hour concierge services, valet parking, and professional management.
The condominium will be delivered next year.
