PEARLAND – Lone Star Communities has unveiled The Landing at Pearland, a 55-acre manufactured home community at 17730 County Rd. 127.
The $34 million project will have 420 home sites ranging from two to five bedrooms and between 850 and 2,200 sf. Prices will start at $80,000 and cost as much as $170,000.
Amenities will include a pool, clubhouse, game room, weight room/gym, covered area with barbecue pits, basketball court, and dog park.
