Dirt turns on Georgetown industrial facility

​​​​​GEORGETOWN – Freehill Development Co. has broken ground on a 176,546-sf industrial pro​perty at 1310 Westinghouse Rd.

The four-building project will include office, showroom, and warehouse spaces ranging between 4,500 and 55,750 sf.

The property will have ESFR sprinklers, 18- to 28-ft clear heights, 290 parking spots, and 48 dock-high doors.

Studio8 Architects designed the project. Owrey Construction is the general contractor.

Transwestern will handle leasing.
