AUSTIN – Jackson-Shaw has acquired 67 acres at the northeast corner of SH 130 and Elroy Rd. with plans for a four-building, 602,400-sf industrial project.
Ferguson Enterprises has preleased Building 3, which will be the largest facility at 207,180 sf. The smallest building will be 80,365 sf.
Method Architecture is the designer and Burton Construction is serving as the general contractor. Aquila Commercial will handle leasing.
Construction will begin in March.
