PLANO – NexPoint is developing TxS District, a 200-acre life sciences development.
At buildout, TxS District will have over four million sf of lab, office, and production space across four phases of construction.
Phases I and II will transform two existing buildings on the main campus into 970,000 sf of lab and office space and 120,000 sf of amenity space. Site plans also include a public park, amphitheater, and connectivity to the nearby Legacy retail development.
The district will incorporate 109 acres in the Legacy neighborhood. It centers on a 91-acre main campus that once served as Electronic Data Systems’ headquarters.
NexPoint purchased the main campus in 2018 and has been acquiring the additional acreage since.
CRB is providing architectural and engineering services. JLL will handle leasing.
