Mixed-use project near The Pearl gets approval

​​SAN ANTONIO – The Historic Design and Review Commission has approved the development of the Lewellan building. 

The nine-story mixed-use project will be at 102 E. Josephine St. in the Tobin Hill neighborhood near The Pearl. 

It will have 250 mult​ifamily units, office space, retail space, food and beverage options, and more than 200 public parking spaces. 

Completion is slated for 2026.
