PFLUGERVILLE – Trez Capital has sold two apartment communities to TerraCap Management.
The 350-unit Dalton and 258-unit The Beacon were built in 2021 and 2022, respectively.
Both communities have one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. Amenities include pools, fitness centers, dog parks, residence lounges, and outdoor grilling and dining areas.
Trez built the properties in partnership with Thompson Realty Capital.
