CORPUS CHRISTI – The Ritz Theatre will undergo restoration after being unoccupied for decades.
Built in 1929, the 1,400-seat theatre has been vacant since 1989.
The renovation will equip the theatre with state-of-the-art sound and technology.
Corpus Christi Positive Action Toward Cultural Heritage acquired the property in 2006.
OTJ Architects is designing the project.
