DALLAS – The Merritt Development Group is developing two Marriott-branded hotels totaling 264 rooms at 2910 N. Hall St. in Uptown.
The 121-room AC and 143-room Moxy will cost a combined $100 million.
Construction begins in May and will take about 20 months.
