HOUSTON – Balcor Commercial has broken ground on Parc Binz II, a five-story mixed-use development at 1802 Binz St. in the Museum District.
Phase two will include 40,000 sf of restaurants and office space.
Phase one of the project is fully leased. Phase two leasing will begin in late 2023 and early 2024.
