HOUSTON – Empire Rental Living at Dellrose, a 182-home single-family rental community along Cumberland Ridge Dr., is under construction.
The 15-acre project will have one- to four-bedroom homes ranging from 600 to 1,400 sf. Each has a private fenced courtyard spanning more than 500 sf.
Amenities include a pool with swimming lanes, sun shelf, spa, outdoor gaming area, grills, fitness center, a pet spa, and dog park.
