IRVING – The University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences has opened a 55,050-sf academic and office facility in Las Colinas.
The facility is in the former Zale Corp. headquarters building. A 20,979-sf expansion is planned.
Classes at the facility began earlier this month, and a ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held Wednesday, Jan. 25.
Savills represented the university.
