HOUSTON – Trinnium Equity Group has acquired Cypress Parc, a 200-unit multifamily community at 18001 Cypress Trace Rd.
Built in 1979, the garden-style community has 36 buildings across 18 acres. It has two- and three-bedroom floor plans ranging from 926 to 1,420 sf.
Amenities include a swimming pool, fitness center, grill and picnic area, volleyball court, playground, and 950 parking spaces.
Berkadia represented the seller, Lionel Partners, and secured $15 million in acquisition financing from NexBank.
