The 104-unit multifamily property at 6515 W. Hausman Rd. has two-, three-, and four-bedroom units.
Amenities include a pool, fitness center, volleyball court, and outdoor grilling and dining areas.
The new ownership will implement a value-add program.
CBRE brokered the sale.
