SAN ANTONIO – Carbon Companies has started work on a luxury apartment community near the intersection of Loop 1604 and Huebner Rd.
The Greyson will have 291 units in three five-story buildings. It will have one- to three-bedroom floor plans.
Amenities will include fitness centers, a dog park, WiFi throughout the property, smart home technology, valet living program, pool, sauna, and outdoor gathering areas.
The first units will deliver in spring 2024.
