FORT WORTH – Palladium USA has started construction on Palladium Oak Grove, a $60 million multifamily community.
The 240-unit development will have one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans.
Amenities will include a pool, fitness center, conference center, dog park, computer lounge, clubroom, and kid’s playroom.
Fort Worth Housing Finance Corporation is a project partner.
The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs issued $25.6 million in tax-exempt bonds purchased by Cedar Rapids Bank and Trust. PNC Bank provided over $23 million in equity.
