McALLEN – A partnership between Bakke Development Corp. and Batson-Cook Development Co. has broken ground on SharyBak Storage.
The 802-unit self-storage facility will be a three-story building on two acres at 4901 E. Expy. 83.
Completion is slated for first quarter 2024.
The project was designed by Alamo Architects and will be built by Independent Contractors Inc. Frost Bank provided construction financing.
