Construction starts on Farmersville apartment complex

​​​FARMERSVILLE – Ethos Property Development is building a $39.2 million, 290-unit apartment complex called Fountainview. 

The project will have on​e​- to three-bedroom units across ten two- and three-story buildings. Units will range from 620 to 1,340 sf. Monthly rents will average $1,350. 

Amenities will include a pool, dog park, and outdoor cooking areas. A one-acre pond with fountain will be the project’s centerpiece. 

Ethos, a partnership between Myers Picard Property Development and Consilium Properties, purchased the 17.5-acre site at the corner of Princeton Ave. and Harvard Blvd. in December 2020. 

The first apartments will be available in spring 2024 with full buildout expected in early 2025.
