HOUSTON – Work will start in January on Camden Park, a $13.7 million park, playground, and entertainment district within the Westchase District.
The 3.4-acre park will have a 30,000-sf activity lawn with multi-purpose pavilion, children’s playground with play structures and water features, fenced dog park with separate spaces for large and small dogs, and an onsite restaurant.
There will also be a covered sky terrace with outdoor seating.
Completion is scheduled for mid- to late-2024. D.L. Meacham will provide construction services.
