MANOR – DD&B Construction has purchased a 13.2-acre multifamily development site within the Las Entradas master-planned project.
The project will have 200 units and 20,000 sf of retail space.
Avison Young represented the seller, Las Entradas Development Corp. DH Realty Partners represented the buyer.
