AUSTIN – Presidium has broken ground on Presidium Tech Ridge, a 358-unit multifamily project on 14 acres at 1210 Tech Ridge Blvd.
The project will have studio and one- and two-bedroom floor plans.
Amenities include a pool, fitness center, game room, coffee bar, theater lounge, gold simulator, business center, catering kitchen, coworking lounge, dog park, and courtyard with fire pits.
Completion is slated for late 2023.
