Logistics firm signs 603K-sf Houston industrial lease

​​​​HOUSTON – A logistics firm has signed a 603,389-sf industrial lease at South Belt Central Business Park.

The tenant will occupy all of Building 4 when it delivers in January 2023.

The cross-dock building w​ill have 36-ft clear heights, 360 car parking spaces, 196 trailer parking stalls, and 4,500 sf of office space.

Cushman & Wakefield represented both the tenant and the landlord, an affiliate of Investment & Development Ventures LLC.
