ROUND ROCK – CP Capital and ZOM Living are developing Azola Avery Centre, a 359-unit garden-style apartment complex within the Avery Centre master-planned community.
It will have studios and one- and two-bedroom floor plans.
Amenities will include a clubhouse, game room, fitness center, pet spa, dog park, and a resort-style pool.
Construction begins in January 2023 and will wrap up in 2025.
