SAN ANTONIO – Koontz Corp. has broken ground on The Savoy Apartments, a 300-unit Class A multifamily complex at 12631 Vance Jackson Rd.
The community will have one- and two-bedroom options, two swimming pools, two courtyards, and a dog park.
Garcia + Associates Architect and Pape-Dawson Engineers Inc. are assisting with the development.
Completion is slated for 2024.
