SAN ANTONIO – Hemisfair is developing a 28-story residential tower on Market St. next to the Hemisfair Hotel.
The 360-unit apartment tower will have seven levels of parking and three stories of retail space.
Amenities will include a gaming room, fitness center, rooftop deck, clubhouse, pool, and co-working spaces.
The tower is part of a $340 million overhaul project by the Hemisfair Park Area Redevelopment Corp.
