ConocoPhillips campus undergoing transformation

​​​HOUSTON – Midway is transforming the old ConocoPhillips campus into Watermark, a mixed-use development in the Energy Corridor District.

The 70-acre campus wi​ll have Class A office and multifamily spaces, retail shops, restaurants, and boutique hotels.
