DALLAS – A 1,252-unit self-storage facility at 2500 Lone Star Dr. has been sold.
The three-story facility has 117,503 sf of rentable climate-controlled space. It was 50 percent occupied at the time of sale.
The buyer, Madison Capital, will rebrand it as Go Store It.
JLL represented the seller, CSW Development.
