The property has one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. It was 94 percent occupied at the time of sale.
Amenities include fitness center, business center, playground, tennis court, walking and biking trails, and onsite laundry facilities.
ClearWorth Capital purchased the asset from RealSource. CBRE brokered the deal.
