LOCKHART – The Lynd Group has purchased 30.5 acres for a 174-unit build-to-rent community.
The $61 million project will have two- and three-bedroom floor plans averaging 1,530 sf.
Amenities will include a pool, fitness center, dog park, clubhouse, and outdoor grilling and dining areas.
Construction begins in January. The first round of homes will be available in third quarter 2023.
