WEBSTER – Great Wolf Resorts Inc. has broken ground on the Houston area’s first Great Wolf Lodge.
The roughly 500,000-sf project will be on 27 acres east of I-45.
It will include a 58,000-sf family entertainment area with arcade, bowling, miniature golf, and more; restaurants and retail; outdoor resort pool; 95,000-sf indoor water park; and 532-room hotel.
Stantec is the architect. Vici Properties and J.P. Morgan provided financing for the more than $200 million project.
Completion is slated for mid to late 2024.
