Fort Worth shopping center sold

​​​FORT WORTH – Centergy Retail has sold Left Bank, a 114,120-sf retail center anchored by Tom Thumb.

The project is 98 percent occupied by tenants including ​Hopdoddy Burger Bar, Crumbl Cookies, Nékter Juice Bar, and Buffalo Wild Wings.

The retail center is part of a 34-acre mixed-use development.

CBRE National Retail Partners brokered the deal on behalf of the seller.
