SAN ANTONIO – Alabama-based Stoneriver Co. has purchased Pecan Springs, a 344-unit multifamily complex at 5511 Pecan Springs Rd.
Built in 2013, the community includes one-, two-, and three-bedroom units ranging from 583 to 1,305 sf.
Amenities include a pool, fitness center, business center, resident lounge, dog park, outdoor grilling stations, and package lockers.
American Landmark was the seller. Institutional Property Advisors brokered the deal.
