ROCKWALL – Chewters Chocolates is building a $100 million, 189,000-sf facility in Rockwall Technology Park.
The project will have four chocolate production lines, warehouse space, office space, and small retail store.
It will create 120 jobs.
DB Constructors is handling construction.
Work begins at the end of the year and will wrap in 2024.
