DAYTON – Liberty Development Partners has acquired Gulf Inland Logistics Park.
The 1,158-acre rail-served industrial park is at 2264 SH 146 S. near US 90 and the Grand Parkway in Liberty County.
The park neighbors a 200-acre site the buyer recently acquired, which will allow the property to expand, according to a July 11 press release.
The acquisition included the CMC Railroad entity, a Class III railroad that owned and operated within Gulf Inland Logistics Park.
Cushman & Wakefield represented Liberty Development Partners in the acquisition.
Liberty Development Partners is a joint venture between Houston-based Connor Investment Real Estate and locally based Logistics & Development Resources.
