SAN ANTONIO – Austin-based IMPACT Developers is bringing a 318-unit luxury apartment complex to the corner of Loop 1604 and Reed Rd. in west San Antonio.
GreenGate Village will have garages and electric vehicle charging areas.
Humphreys and Partners Architects designed the project. Martines Palmiero Construction LLC will handle construction, which is set to begin in late 2022.
