BAYTOWN – Dayton Street Partners has acquired 47.4 acres within TGS Cedar Port Industrial Park to develop a Class A speculative truck terminal.
The project will total more than 164,000 sf and have a 120-ft-wide warehouse, 24-ft clear height, guard shack, potential 10,000-sf truck maintenance facility, potential fueling station, 214 dock doors, and 6,000 sf of office space.
The project is slated for completion in the second quarter of 2023.
NAI Partners is handling leasing. Construction financing is through Dallas-based Veritex Community Bank.
