DALLAS – A recent study by Weinstein, Clower & Associates found Dallas Love Field Airport generated $4.8 billion in economic activity for Dallas last year.
Economic activity supported more than 20,000 jobs and $1.5 billion in wages, salaries, and benefits.
The airport also benefitted Dallas itself by generating more than $41 million in city sales and property tax revenue.
Visitors arriving at Love Field from out of town spent a total of about $245 million in the last fiscal year compared with $645 million in the last fiscal year before the pandemic.
