PLANO – Cheer Athletics has leased more than 70,000 sf in the recently completed Plano Commerce Center II building at 3712 East Plano Pkwy.
The move, which will happen at the end of the year, will double the size of the company’s headquarters.
The new facility will include corporate offices, a sports performance center, a dance studio and gym space. According to Cheer Athletics, it will be the largest such dedicated cheerleading facility in the country.
Hart Commercial negotiated the lease. Mark V Commercial represented the landlord, Provident Realty Advisors.
