McKINNEY – Sphinx Residential is planning an 11-building apartment project on East University Dr. at Throckmorton St.
Called 380 Villas, the project will have 220 rental units.
Construction is scheduled to start this summer with an opening set for early 2024.
Nunnally Studio Architects designed the community.
