HOUSTON – 2100 Memorial, a senior living project demolished after Hurricane Harvey, is getting rebuilt by the Houston Housing Authority.
The 196-unit affordable housing project will start moving in residents in spring 2024.
The site has been cleared and is ready for site work before vertical construction can begin.
Sendero Industries is handling the site work. Block Companies will be in charge of construction.
