Amenities include a modern clubhouse, resort-style pool, outdoor kitchen with gas grills, first-floor lounge, fitness center, multilevel parking, and close proximity to the Domain.
The seller was a partnership between Mill Creek Residential and PGIM. The buyer was Clarion Partners.
