DALLAS – The city council has approved Crow Holding’s plans to expand its Old Parkland campus.
The eight-story, 255,000-sf office building, called Old Parkland East, will be topped with a dome and cost $156 million.
Most of the parking will be in an underground garage.
The project will replace small restaurant buildings and apartments on the block between Maple and Fairmount Avenues.
Craig Hamilton and The Beck Group are designing the building, which will begin construction in September and deliver in 2024.
